It is indeed Ireland we have our bright colours too, I suppose this gentleman/fisherman has a wife or girlfriend named Mary and his name just might be Angus, it is a love story
Very nice shot, I dunno but for some reason this made me think of a Laurel & Hardy the I watched not so long ago where they had a boat and were painting it and what a mess they made of it of course
